What This Site Is

The catalog and knowledge base of the MAD SHARK cutlery range: product specifications, care guidance and a way to reach the brand. Scraping it, attacking it, or passing its content off elsewhere are the things that are not permitted.

Purchases Happen at the Partner

Product pages here describe the range; the transaction itself is completed at the checkout of an authorized retail partner. The price, stock status and delivery promise shown at that checkout at the moment of payment are the ones that govern your order — including when they differ from a figure cached on this site. Their receipt is your contract of sale; our 3-year warranty sits on top of it, not instead of it.

Sharp Things, Said Plainly

Our products are cutting tools, and the hand-finished edges are sharper out of the box than most people expect. They are intended for adults, for food preparation. Keep them from children, cut away from yourself, and treat every guidance figure on this site — edge angles, hardness numbers, care intervals — as information about the product, not as safety training. Nothing here replaces basic knife-handling sense.

Accuracy of Specifications

Steel grades, hardness ratings and dimensions on this site are taken from the manufacturer’s specifications of each product. Ranges (like 14–16 degrees) are stated as ranges because hand finishing produces ranges — we would rather publish the honest tolerance than a fictional precision.

Intellectual Property

The MAD SHARK name, the shark mark and the text and imagery of this site remain the property of their owners. Quote us with a link; do not republish pages wholesale.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are not waived, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after that date accepts the new version.
