Who Actually Ships the Box
MAD SHARK cutlery is stocked and dispatched through the large authorized retail networks that carry the brand. When you check out, the warehouse, the carrier, the delivery estimate and any shipping fee all belong to that partner’s published delivery program — the figures on their checkout screen are the binding ones, and their confirmation email is your receipt. What never changes, whichever network handles it, is what is inside: the same factory gift box, the same blade guard, the same steel.
How a Blade Is Packed
Every knife leaves the factory edge-guarded inside its rigid gift box, and the retail partner adds an outer carton around that. The gift box is not decoration — it is part of the transport system, sized so the blade cannot shift and the tip cannot reach cardboard. If an outer carton arrives crushed, open it carefully from the top and check the inner box before assuming the worst: in most crushed-carton cases the gift box has done its job.

Cutlery Is an Adult Purchase
Kitchen knives are sold to adults. Depending on the destination and the carrier, the driver may be instructed not to leave a cutlery parcel unattended, or to hand it over in person — if a delivery attempt slip appears instead of a box, that is usually why, not a lost parcel.
Tracking and Stalls
Tracking numbers come from the partner’s system within about a day of dispatch. A parcel that stops moving is fastest revived from their order page, where a trace opens in one click; if you end up stuck between screens, email support@madshark.net with the order number and we will push from the brand side.
Ordering for a Date
Wedding gift, Father’s Day, a housewarming — knives are calendar purchases more than most kitchenware. Order with a few days of margin rather than betting on the fastest estimate; the gift box means no wrapping emergency if it lands early.
